Modern Laundry provides professional carpet-cleaning services in Sharjah for supported movable carpets and rugs. Cleaning is carried out at the Modern Laundry facility rather than at the customer’s premises.

Pricing depends on factors such as carpet size, type or material, condition, and required treatment. Customers may request a quote through WhatsApp. Where applicable, customer service will confirm the final agreed quote before the service proceeds. No fixed prices are presented on this website.

The ongoing promotion provides 30% off a new customer’s first eligible carpet-cleaning order with Modern Laundry. It is available to all new customers and has no minimum order requirement for the discount. No expiry date is currently stated.

Pickup and return delivery are available throughout Sharjah. Free pickup and delivery apply to orders above AED 100. For orders that do not meet this threshold, customer service can confirm the applicable service arrangements before booking; this website does not state a specific fee.

The standard turnaround is 4 working days. Actual timing may be confirmed at booking and may reasonably vary depending on carpet condition, material, treatment needs, and operational circumstances.

Customers should provide accurate carpet and service information and disclose relevant known issues where possible. Customers should also ensure that suitable access is available at the agreed pickup and return times.

Pickup and return details are arranged through customer service and remain subject to booking confirmation. Customers should check that the practical access and contact information provided for collection and return are accurate.

The service is provided across Sharjah subject to operational availability and booking confirmation.

If you need to change or cancel a requested service, contact customer service as early as reasonably possible. Available arrangements will depend on the booking status and whether collection or cleaning has begun, and will be confirmed by customer service.

Cleaning outcomes may vary where they are affected by pre-existing condition, material characteristics, previous treatment, or information not reasonably apparent before processing.
